Golf outings from 16 to 144 players love the challenge of our William F. Bell designed course, with short, dog-leg Par 4s and reachable Par 5s - this is not your standard, cookie-cutter golfing experience! With competitive rates and a centralized location, DeBell is the perfect golf "escape" from the busy LA life.
We have the ability to host both intimate gatherings and lavish affairs with spaces that can be designed to fit your needs and budget. In addition to on-course lunch options as your players make the turn, guests can enjoy our wraparound patio for a post-play cocktail hour, overlooking the 18th green on one side and the Los Angeles skyline on the other. For post-play receptions with delicious, customized menu options, our Sierra Room holds 50 seated. For larger groups, or groups with silent auctions or vendors, the room can be opened up to include the entire Hilltop Room facility, increasing the capacity to 150. The room boasts three walls of windows overlooking the fairways and mountains, and these floor to ceiling windows can open to give your guests a truly indoor/outdoor event experience. Beth Biren has always carried a heart of hospitality and events throughout her life and professional journey. Originally from Minnesota, Beth moved out to Los Angeles in 2009 after graduating from college at Minnesota State University Moorhead with a BS Degree in Business Management and a Minor in Theatre Arts. Although she came to Los Angeles to pursue acting, it was the event industry that eventually found her and where she has remained. Her journey started with a travel magazine and then expanded to other avenues including a country club, a state college, and 3 different hotels. The industry has taken Beth to many different places from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to New York City, before she finally returned to Los Angeles where she resides with her husband and two small dogs. Beth’s extensive experience in event sales as well as planning across these many different facets has provided her with a deep understanding of many different types of events and celebrations, including corporate conferences, galas, award shows, weddings, mitzvahs, bridal & baby showers, birthday parties and more! She understands the importance of communication and attention to detail in planning every event as well as developing a connection and relationship with everyone she meets.
Beth joined the Touchstone Golf team in June of 2023 as the Director of Sales at DeBell Golf Club in Burbank, CA. In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and two small dogs. She also enjoys going to live theatre, hiking, baking, and is also a huge believer in the Danish lifestyle of hygge and taking time for both self-care and cozy moments with friends and loved ones.

- Best Advice I can give a tournament host: Organization is the name of the game! From pairing lists to what contests are on the course, it’s really help to sit down and map out everything with the venue & any sponsors you may have. That way, we can anticipate what will be needed to help the event run smoothly on the day of!

Event Spaces
Sierra Room & Patio
Our Sierra Room & Patio are the perfect spaces for intimate gatherings. Whether you are planning a social gathering, corporate event, or post-play reception & awards banquet, the Sierra Room can be transformed to seat up to 50 guests. When you open the floor to ceiling glass doors, you can combine the space with the Sierra Patio to host 100+ and give your guests a memorable indoor/outdoor event experience.
Hilltop Veranda
The Hilltop Veranda is a spacious outdoor patio that wraps around the main Hilltop Room. With stunning views of the fairways, mountains, and Los Angeles in the distance, this space is the perfect place for a cocktail hour, post-play dinner, or outdoor reception.
Hilltop Room
Truly elegant affairs can be held in our Hilltop Room, which has a variety of setup options. The Hilltop Room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to connect it to the Sierra Room & Hilltop Veranda to best maximize all of our event space for parties up to 200+ guests. Wraparound windows allow guests to enjoy the views of the course & mountains, while evening events can see spectacular Los Angeles sunsets in the distance. When you host in the Hilltop Room, you get the full private event experience as the only event at the Club.
Cart Staging Area
For shotgun tournaments, we stage carts outside our pro shop near our picturesque putting green. Tournament announcements can be made over our in-house speaker system in the pro shop before players head out to enjoy a great day of golf!
Clubhouse
Our classic clubhouse has the country club fee without the membership cost! The first floor houses our pro shop - the perfect place to pick up some gear before you tee off. The Hilltop Restaurant & Bar (which doubles as our event spaces) resides on the 2nd floor and features a wraparound outdoor patio with stunning views of the fairways, mountains, and city skyline in the distance. DeBell is truly an oasis from the busy Los Angeles life!
